2025 Employee Compensation and Benefits:

Starting Pay:

· Deputy: $21.46 per hour. (After certification $25.62 per hour)

· Jailer $20.82 per hour. (After certification $21.46 per hour)

· Dispatcher $20.82 per hour. (After certification $21.46 per hour)

· Lateral Pay considered for certified personnel dependent on years of experience and certifications.

Time Off:

· Holidays 13 paid days per year

· Sick Leave 8 hours per month

· Vacation 4 hours leave per month after 6 months training period

8 hours leave per month after 5 years service

12 hours leave per month after 8 years service

Retirement:

· Vested after 5 years
